For all those blushing brides on the prowl for the perfect venue I have a treat in store for you! Today we are going to explore the world of Salt Lake's most profound venues.

OUTDOOR/INDOOR

Louland Falls

The newest venue on the scene is Louland Falls. Although a primarily outdoor, This venue has it all! From cascading waterfalls and beautiful landscapes to intimate indoor settings. Louland Falls hosts events all year round. Louland Falls is hosting an open house Monday, April 16th from 5:30PM to 8:00PM. Come and check them out. Don't forget to come say hello! Red Butte Gardens

Red Butte Gardens is known for its lush outdoor gardens and trails. Imagine spending your special day among the beauty they have to offer. The Rose Gardens and Fragrance Gardens are the perfect place to share your vows with one another. The Oranjerie Room creates an intimate environment for you and your guests to celebrate! Cactus & Tropicals

Cactus & Tropicals hosts it's events in their wonderfully decorated greenhouse. You can celebrate amongst orchids, tropical green, and flowering plants, fountains, and an ambiance of peace and beauty. Grounds and guest occupancy depends on each location. They have two conveniently located in Salt Lake City and Draper.

Wheeler Historic Farm 


Wheeler Historic Farm has a lot to offer when it comes to families! If your a couple that has a high guest expectancy this is one venue you should be sure and check out. With plenty of things to do and see your guests are sure to enjoy themselves. Check out their website here.

INDOOR

The Tower at Rice Eccles

The Tower at Rice Eccles "Above the Rest" is a perfect venue for students or fans of the University of Utah to incorporate into their special day. Whether you have ties to the University or not, The Tower offers a breathtaking view over the city with spacious floor room. Also with access to the field for non-forgettable bridal/party photos! Gallivan Center


The Gallivan Center hosts events on the top floor. Located in heart of downtown Salt Lake City, this venue is a perfect fit for those contemporary couples. The top floor includes an open floor plan and view of downtown. A great fit for a creative bride that wants a specific look or details can make this all her own!

Tasty Tuesday

Hello Everyone!

I hope that your week is grand so far! Today is a Monday for some of us which kinda stinks BUT on the other hand that means it will be a short week!

For today's Tasty Tuesday, I want to talk about bread. Delicious, Scrumptious, Yummy bread!

Here at Good Day Catering we have a phenomenal baker that makes our specialty breads. All our breads are made fresh daily in house. We offer a variety of specialty breads that are mouth watering!

I urge you to venture out into your local bakeries and cafes to see what exotic options they offer. You'd be surprised at how much of a difference the type of bread makes.
